Returned equipment must be refuelled and cleaned. If not, standard refuelling and cleaning fees apply. Overtime beyond allotted hours is billed separately.
We offer a large range of specific, efficient and time-saving attachments. Ask us about availability when booking your equipment.
Call us immediately. We’ll dispatch a mechanic or arrange for a replacement machine as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.
Upon request, we offer a quick orientation session (non-certified) to familiarize operators with the equipment. Instruction manuals are also provided on most equipment.
Plains covers the insurance cost and application. The Plains Protection Plan can be added to your rental for additional protection.
All equipment is inspected and properly maintained prior to rental. For long-term rentals, we can schedule periodic maintenance check-ins. Immediate issues should be reported to us right away.
